Thousands In Kwara Central To Benefit As Senator Mustapha’s Alubarika Empowerment Begins Tomorrow
The empowerment package includes agricultural inputs, modern tools, fertilizers, and improved seedlings to boost food production
Ilorin, Kwara State – Thousands of residents across Ilorin West, Ilorin East, Ilorin South, and Asa local government areas are set to benefit from the Alubarika Empowerment Programme, an initiative by Senator Saliu Mustapha, representing Kwara Central Senatorial District.
The programme, scheduled for Friday, February 28, 2025, at the Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, Ilorin, by 9 AM, aims to provide support to entrepreneurs, artisans, farmers, and party loyalists.
Beneficiaries underwent vocational and business skills training between October and November 2024, equipping them for economic self-sufficiency.
The empowerment package includes agricultural inputs, modern tools, fertilizers, and improved seedlings to boost food production.
Meanwhile, artisans and small-scale entrepreneurs will receive financial grants to expand their businesses.
However, selected communities will receive intervention items to address pressing local needs.
