Ilorin, Kwara State — The Sarkin Gobir and Madawaki of Ilorin Emirate, Alhaji Yakubu Garba Gobir, has extended warm congratulations to Mallam Lukman Olayiwola Mustapha, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sobi 101.9 FM, as he marks his 56th birthday.
