Kwara State Govt Announces No Elaborate Ceremony For October 1

Citizens are encouraged to utilize the October 1 holiday as a day of prayer for the well-being

Ilorin, KWARS STATE- The Kwara State Government, through Mrs. Bolanle Olukoju, Honourable Commissioner for Communications, has announced that there will be no elaborate ceremony of any kind on October 1, 2023.

According to the commissioner, the decision is in line with the nation’s current mood of ongoing reforms and the government’s dedicated efforts to ensure sustainable development.

However, citizens are encouraged to utilize the October 1 holiday as a day of prayer for the well-being of Kwara State, Nigeria, and the global community.
