Gunmen Abduct Three Persons In Ondo
The monarch of Igoba Community, Oba Adinlewa Adeniyi, appealed to the state government to beef up security
Suspected gunmen have abducted three persons in the Igoba area of Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Names of the victims were given as Mr. Omololu Adeseye, Mr. Paul and another man popularly called Vulcaniser in the area.
It was gathered that the kidnappers stormed the area on Thursday night and abducted four men but one of the victims escaped.
The monarch of Igoba Community, Oba Adinlewa Adeniyi, appealed to the state government to beef up security in the area, which, according to him, had now become a safe haven for kidnappers.
Meanwhile, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mrs Funmilayo Odunlami, when contacted, said, “Nobody reported such issue to the police. Thanks. “
