BREAKING: Bandits Launch Fresh Attack On Koro Community In Kwara, One Confirmed Dead As Residents Flee

Ilorin,  Kwara State– Residents of Koro community in Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State were thrown into panic on Sunday afternoon following a deadly attack by terrorists suspected to be armed bandits.

According to information obtained by Afrika Eyes, the attack occurred in the afternoon hours of Sunday when heavily armed men invaded the community, shooting sporadically and forcing residents to flee their homes in fear.

As of the time of filing this report, the attack was still ongoing, with gunmen reportedly occupying parts of the area.

Afrika Eyes gathered that the attackers stormed Koro unexpectedly as one person confirmed dead.

Meanwhile, Koro community shares a boundary with Egbe in the Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State.
