Court Jailed Bobrisky For 6 Months Without Option Of Fine Over Naira Abuse
The court couldn’t sit due to the April 9 to April 11 Eid-Fitri public holiday.
Ikeja, Lagos State– A famous cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, has been sentenced to six months in jail with no possibility of a fine by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos.
The verdict was delivered this morning, April 12, following Bobrisky’s confession to the charge of Abuse of the Naira.
Recall that on April 5th, EFCC arraigned Bobrisky in court on a six-count charge ranging from Abuse of the Naira and Money laundering.
