Yinka Aluko Consoles Kayode Alabi Over Mother’s Death

She was a mother who dedicated herself to a life of faith and service to humanity.

Ilorin, Kwara State– The Federal Lawmaker, Hon. Ahmed Yinka Aluko, PhD, representing Ilorin East/South Federal Constituency, has commiserated with the Deputy Governor of Kwara State, H.E. Kayode Alabi, over the demise of his mother, Mrs Ena Maud Alabi.

Mrs Alabi passed on peacefully in the early hours of Friday at the age of 98 years.

Aluko described her as a virtuous woman and a devout Christian, whose life impacted positively on members of her family and Kwara as a whole.

“Alabi lived a remarkable life, embodying the virtues of a devout Christian for 98 years. She was a mother who dedicated herself to a life of faith and service to humanity. Her transition yesterday, on Friday, April 5th, marks a significant point in the life of man.

“May the Almighty grant Mrs. Alabi eternal peace and provide comfort to Deputy Governor Kayode Alabi and the entire family during this difficult time.

“I also extend my heartfelt condolences to our Executive Governor, Mall. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, and the entire state. May God’s blessings continue to sustain our state during this period of mourning,” he said.
