Tinubu Departs Abuja For 10-Day Annual Leave In Europe

During the period, Tinubu is expected to spend time in France and the United Kingdom before returning to Nigeria

Abuja, Nigeria– President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday, September 4, departed Abuja to commence his 2025 annual leave.

The President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed that Tinubu’s leave will last for 10 working days.

During the period, Tinubu is expected to spend time in France and the United Kingdom before returning to Nigeria.

The trip, described as a “working vacation,” is part of the President’s statutory annual leave.

The statement read, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today, September 4, to commence a working vacation in Europe, as part of his 2025 annual leave.

“The vacation will last 10 working days. President Tinubu will spend the period between France and the UK and then return to the country.”
