Rukayat Shittu, the youngest female among the contesters of Kwara House of Assembly for Owode/Onire constituency, has been declared the winner of the All Progressive’s Congress primaries held on Sunday.

Mis Shittu, who is the first female Senate president of NOUN students, Congress of NOUN Students (CONS) declared her interest in the race on May 4 and her candidature has attracted huge interest amongst youths and women within the ruling All Progressive Congress.
