Police Arrest Three Hunters For Alleged Kidnapping In Adamawa
The suspects betrayed the trust repost in them by the community members of protecting lives and property
Three hunters and some locals have been arrested by the police in Adamawa State for alleged conspiracy and aiding kidnappings.
The spokesperson of the police in the state, SP Sulaan Nguroje, on Monday, said the three suspects: Auwal Mohammed (28), Isa Umaru (40), and Rabiu Mohammed (19) have been terrorising Pariya Daware and Girei villages.

According to him, the police had recovered one motorcycle, locally made pistols and other items from the suspects.
“Investigation so far reveals that the suspects betrayed the trust repost in them by the community members of protecting lives and property, went ahead supplying food items and other basic needs to their fellow kidnappers around that area,” the statement said.

He added that the three suspects would be charged to court as soon as investigation is completed.
