“Our hearts go out to Engineer Adeyemi, his siblings and the people of Esie Kingdom on this sad development. As faithful, I urge them to take it with equanimity and absolute submission to the will of Allah. Survived by very successful children who have distinguished themselves in community service, we are comforted that the Balogun was indeed a fulfilled man,” the statement said.
“We pray Allah to grant him al-jannah Firdaus and preserve the family on the path of good and selfless service to humanity.”
