The Young Progressive Party (YPP), candidate for the House of Representatives Irepodun/Isin/Oke-Ero federal constituency Charles Olufemi Folayan has called on members of the Coalition of Kwara APC Young Stakeholders (CKAYS to join their colleagues in the YPP.

Reacting to the earlier statement released by Coalition of Kwara APC Young Stakeholders (CKAYS) tagged “Gov AbdulRazaq has abandoned us. where the Coordinators of the various Kwara State APC Youth Groups alleged that Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has neglected and abandoned them.

Mr Folayan who was the former Secretary of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (Youth Mobilization) and former Co-Coordinator of the Kwara Alliance for Buhari/Osinbajo said, he worked closely with many of the (CKAYS) members before and during the last election and can attest to the fact that they contributed immensely to the APC victory in 2019.

He described as unfortunate the treatment melted on the young people in the APC who he said were the major contributors to the Otoge revolution in 2023. He said the recent outcry of the youth groups only confirmed the reason why many of them left the APC for the YPP.

Asoju Odo urged the youth not to waste more of their precious time and resources with the APC but should join their colleagues in the YPP for the 2023 Ballot Revolution for good governance.

He said the YPP is the only party that can guarantee a deserving place for the youth and provide fair play for all party members irrespective of age, tribe and religion.
