Intercontinental News 247 Sets To Host Kwara Youth Economic Summit On Feb. 24th
The summit is set to play a crucial role in refining policies and providing Kwara youths
Ilorin, Kwara State– The Intercontinental News 247 has announced that it would host Kwara Youth Economic Summit (KYES) on Saturday, February 24th, 2024.
The event, slated to take place in Ilorin, will serve as a convergence point for youths, students, entrepreneurs, and innovators, under the theme: “Kwara to the World: Becoming an Economic Valuable Kwara Youth,” with a subtheme titled “Harnessing Kwaran Youths Economic Potentials Through Digital Transformation.”
With participants confirmed from the USA, Canada, and other parts of the globe, the summit is poised to achieve global recognition and aims to be a pivotal initiative in fostering the development of Kwara’s youth into global citizens.
According to the Local Organizing Committee, the summit is set to play a crucial role in refining policies and providing Kwara youths with exposure to global standards in both current and future societal landscapes.
The distinguished guests expected to grace the event include the Honourable Minister of Communication, Minister of State for Youths, Speaker of the Kwara House of Assembly, Kwara State Commissioner for Youths Development, Director-General of NITDA, and Director-General of CITAD.
Additionally, notable figures such as the First Lady of Kwara State, Senator Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe, Senator Oyelola Ashiru, Honourable Muktar Tolani Shagaya, and US-based Entrepreneur Mr. AbdulRazaq AbdulBaki are slated to participate, among others.
