Gov. AbdulRazaq Meets Fashola, Lauds Execution Of Road Projects, Seeks New Ones
The visit was part of his efforts to ensure motorable roads within the state.
Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on Tuesday paid a working visit to Minister of Works and Housing His Excellency Babatunde Raji Fashola and Minister of State for Works and Housing Hon. Ibrahim Umar El-Yakub in Abuja.
According to a statement made available to Afrika Eyes by Special Assistant on New MediaKwara State Government Olayinka Fafoluyi, stated this when he paid a working visit to minister, in Abuja.
According to the statement, the visit was also to explore how the state government can further hasten the progression of the crucial road projects, especially on the Kishi – Kaiama, Ilorin – Kabba, Ilorin – Jebba federal roads, amongst others with the Ministers.
He said the visit was part of his efforts to ensure motorable roads within the state.
” Governor AbdulRazaq-led administration had done palliative works on various federal roads within Kwara State to ease burden on commuters.
“This is just as the administration is committing huge investments in building and reconstructing state roads across the three senatorial districts,” he added.
