I’ll Use Legislative Instruments To Drive Human Capital Devt – Saliu Mustapha

All Progressives Congress (APC) Senatorial Aspirant in Kwara Central, Mallam Saliu Mustapha has promised to use legislative instruments to drive human capital development in the senatorial district and Nigeria as a whole.

Saliu Mustapha disclosed this on Wednesday while interacting with Party faithful at Gambari ward, Ilorin East local government to seek support ahead of the APC Senatorial Primary election.

He explained that he can impact more lives by passing bills to facilitate massive human capital development in the country, noting that such moves will have a multiplier effect on the people of Kwara Central.

Recall that the Turaki of Ilorin donated solar-powered Boreholes to some communities in Asa and Ilorin East local government areas to provide clean and safe water for the populace.
