Senator Saliu Mustapha Names New Legislative Aides

Saliu Mustapha, the Senator representing the Kwara Central Senatorial District in North Central Nigeria, has taken a significant step in advancing his Legislative Agenda for the constituency by appointing a total of 70 people to the positions of Legislative Aides and Technical Advisers.

Recognizing the significance of comprehensive support, Senator Mustapha has decided to appoint a total of 50 Legislative Aides and Technical Advisers, they will play pivotal roles in assisting him to effectively deliver on his commitments and responsibilities.

Senator Mustapha also assumes the role of Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture Production Services and Rural Development.

Representing the lawmaker at the appointment letter presentation event, his aide Prince Tunji Buhari expressed gratitude to those who played a role in his successful election campaign. He also assured the public about upcoming empowerment programs.

According to him, the appointees came from a wide array of backgrounds, spanning politics, community service, academia, and the private sector.

He emphasized that a considerable number of these individuals have previously collaborated with Senator Mustapha, lending their skills and expertise in various capacities.

Buhari pointed out that the Technical Advisers stand out as individuals with distinct expertise who have significantly enriched the lawmaker’s programs with their specialized knowledge and proficiency.

He noted that these experts would provide invaluable guidance within their respective fields, offering assistance on matters that are specific to their areas of expertise.

Buhari reassured them that they would have unrestricted access to Senator Mustapha, facilitating productive discussions on matters crucial to the development of his senatorial district.

The lawmaker’s aide thus encouraged the electorate to provide advice whenever needed, underscoring Senator Mustapha’s dedication to being a representative for the entire constituency.

Barrister Alabi Abdulkareem, the Senior Special Adviser on Research & Strategies to Senator Saliu Mustapha, reiterated the significance of accessibility by advocating for the establishment of constituency offices in each of the local governments within Kwara Central.

Abdulkareem stated that Senator Saliu Mustapha meticulously handpicked his appointees, relying on his personal knowledge of their capabilities and skills.

He assured his confidence in their potential to aid him in achieving his legislative goals. He urged them to make the most of their extensive experiences to contribute effectively in their new capacities.

Abdulkareem added that their appointments were effective immediately and would continue until the conclusion of Senator Saliu Mustapha’s tenure unless otherwise determined.

He said that with this strategic team in position, Senator Mustapha was well-prepared to tackle forthcoming challenges and capitalize on opportunities with a bolstered support system.
