Police Arrest Chinese National For Death Of Abia Female Employee
Following her death, youths in the community called for the arrest of Zhen.
Umuahia, Abia State- Operatives of Abia State Police Command have arrested a Chinese national, identified as Gz Zhen, over the death of a female employee, Ocheze Munachi Ogbonna.
It was gathered that Zhen allegedly pushed Ogbonna to death after she refused his sexual advances.
Zhen, who is the manager of Inner Galaxy, a steel manufacturing company in Abia State, was alleged to have pushed Munachi from a crane at the company, resulting in her death.
Following her death, youths in the community called for the arrest of Zhen.
The community mourns the loss of Ogbonna, a promising young woman whose life was cut short under distressing circumstances.
The Abia State Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, Maureen Chinaka, confirmed to the newsmen that the suspect had been arrested.
She added that an investigation is ongoing.
