A 34-year-old man named Adebiyi Samuel has been arrested by Ogun State’s Amotekun Corps for the alleged murder of his wife, Ogungbe Serah.
Samuel is alleged of killing his 27-year-old wife at Lekki Phase II in Lagos before fleeing to Ogun State.
Deputy Commander of the Amotekun Corps, Aina Oluwakayode said on Thursday, August 17, that the suspect was arrested on Monday, August 14, at Ijebu-Igbo in Ijebu North Local Government Area of the state.
Oluwakayode said the suspect has confessed to the crime and would soon be handed over to the police for further interrogation and prosecution.
