Gunmen Kill Two Police Officers, Two Others In Imo

Owerri, Imo State– Gunmen have reportedly killed four persons at Ohii Junction on the Owerri-Orlu Road in Imo State.
The gunmen in a Corolla SUV, opened fire at the junction on Monday, January 29, 2024, killing the victims.
It was gathered that the policemen were said to be on duty in the area before their untimely death, while two other victims and dispossessed some POS operators around the scene of their money.
A video clip circulating on various social media platforms, which showed the lifeless bodies of the victims covered in their blood.
The gunmen were also said to have robbed a POS operator at Amawire – Orji on the Owerri – Okigwe Road.
Another were also said to have stormed Christiana junction at Egbu Road and robbed POS operators.
