Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted a Nursing mother, Mrs Olayinka Kayode, who is also a teenage teacher at Union Baptist Church, Osogbo with her child while returning home in the Osun capital.

It was gathered that Mrs Kayode was returning home from her shop when gunmen accosted her at Otaefun/Kobo area of Osogbo around 6 pm on Tuesday.

A statement by the Senior Pastor of the victim’s church, Rev. Sunday Adeoye, on Wednesday to newsmen confirmed the incident.

He stated Mrs Kayode was taken to an unknown location and the abductors contacted the husband for N5m ransom. “They instructed us to pay into the account of their victim.

We solicit for the continued prayers and support of all and sundry while we believe in God Almighty that Mrs Olayinka Tosin Kayode and her child will regain their freedom and be reunited with their family and the Church of God soon,” he said.
