 Gov. Umahi Rejigs Minor Cabinet

Mr Ugbala said that the redeployment was with immediate effect and urged Nwachukwu to hand over all property and documents in his possession to the office of the SSG.

Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State has approved the redeployment of Eze Nwachukwu, the state’s Commissioner for Markets and Parks Development to the Ministry of Inter-Party Affairs in a minor cabinet reshuffle.

In a statement by the Secretary to State Government, Dr Kenneth Ugbala , on Saturday in Abakaliki.

Mr Ugbala said that the redeployment was with immediate effect and urged Nwachukwu to hand over all property and documents in his possession to the office of the SSG.

He said that the governor has also approved the re-designation of Dr Ngozi Obichukwu, his Special Assistant, SA, on Social Development Goals, SDGs, to Senior Special Assistant, SSA, on SDGs and Market Development.

“Consequently, Nwachukwu has directed to hand over his former office of Market and Parks Development to the Secretary to the State Government and Coordinating Commissioner before the close of work on Monday, Feb. 21, ” he said.
