Former Konga CEO Nick Imudia Reportedly Commits Suicide

It was said that he gave love a second chance when he married a Caucasian woman.

Ikeja, Lagos State– A former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Konga, Nick Imudia, reportedly committed suicide in his home.

It was gathered that Mr Nick killed himself on the night of Tuesday, June 25, by jumping from the balcony of his Lekki, Lagos apartment.

Nick, who was until his death, the CEO of D.light, a leading innovator in the distribution and financing of residential solar energy solutions and transformational household products

It was learned that before making the jump, he had called his brother in the US to give instructions on how to distribute his wealth in case something happened to him.

He also called his young daughter from a previous relationship, telling her that he would always be there for her. He assured her that whenever she looked at the sky, he would be watching over her.

His friends, family and associates are in shock as to why he would commit suicide.

Nick, who hails from the Ika South local government area of Delta State, was previously married to the mother of his young daughter, who also hailed from the same local government area.
His  marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.

It was said that he gave love a second chance when he married a Caucasian woman.

Nick Imudia had a successful career with roles as a regional director at TCL/Alcatel and as the GM/MD for West and Central Africa at Microsoft Device and Services before his tenure at Konga.

His sudden loss has left a void in the hearts of many who knew him, admired his professional achievements, and respected his personal resilience.
