Court Nullifies APC Reps, Raheem Olawuyi’ Primary Election

A Federal High Court in Ilorin, Kwara State, has nullified the election of the All Progressives Congress candidates for the Irepodun/Isin/Ekiti/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency.

Hon Raheem Olawuyi Ajuloopin is a candidate for Irepodun/Isin/Ekiti/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency.

Mr Ajulo ahead of the 2023 elections,  obtained a nomination form to contest for the Kwara South senatorial ticket of the APC.

He later settle for the House of Representatives ticket after he lost the primaries to the incumbent Senator, Lola Ashiru.

It would be recalled that C.O Adebayo, who procured the House of Representatives form from the party, won APC Primary election conducted in May 2022.

It was after Adebayo’s victory at the primaries, APC in the state conducted a fresh primary election that later gives Ajulo a victory.
