Asoju Odo Welcomes APC Defectors To YPP, Urged Youth To Join YPP Ballot Revolution

The YPP House of Reps Aspirant for Irepodun/Isin/Ekiti/Oke-Ero federal constituency Charles Olufemi Folayan has welcomed an APC stalwart and founder of Ola Sam Foundation Comrade Samuel Olajide Omotosho popularly known as Ola-Sam Ore Ara ilu and his supporters to YPP

In a meeting with Ola Sam and his team after their defection, the former presidential aide said, YPP is a party of people with inestimable value focusing on rendering service to the people.

He reiterate that young people must stand up now and mobilize to elect prudent leaders who would prioritize community development and people’s welfare above their personal needs.

He expressed confidence that many other young people would soon join the Young Progressives Party for the 2023 Ballot. He said, the movement is to liberate the people from poverty and to ensure a fair reward system for the people.

In his reaction, the young enterprenure, grassroot mobilizer and philantropist who was also the State Coordinator of Alliance for Good Governance in the APC said his defection to YPP was based on his personal conviction and popular decision of his teaming followers. He said, he is confident that the YPP is the best alternative for the people of Kwara who truly want good governance and liberation from selfish politicians.

The Obbo Aiyegunle born Ola Sam defected to YPP with hundreds of his supporters on Saturday 14th May, 2022 and was received by the YPP local government executives led by the Chairman Hon. Ojoye Shola at the YPP local government secretariat at Osi town.
