Ilorin, Kwara State– The abducted wife and two children of Hon. Lawal Ayansola, a member of the Kwara State House of Assembly representing the Malete/Oloru/Ipaye Constituency, have received freedom from their abductors.
It would be recalled that the abductors stormed the residence around 1:00 a.m. on Monday with AK-47 rifles shooting, sporadically before whisking the victims away.
According to Fresh Insight TV, a close family source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, confirmed that the wife and children were released just a few minutes ago.
The source reassured that the reunited family members are safe, hale, and hearty, providing much-needed relief to the community and well-wishers.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson for Kwara State Police Command, SP Okasanmi Ajayi confirmed the arrest of five suspects in connection with abduction of Hon. Lawal Ayansola’s wife and two children.
