Thief Caught Red Handed Stealing Car Battery In Ilorin

An alleged car battery thief has been caught and beaten to a pulp by angry residents in Ilorin, Kwara State.

The suspect was caught while stealing a car battery in challenge, opposite United Bank for Africa (UBA),  has confessed to the crime and shown people how easy it is to steal the battery without a car key.

Afrika Eyes correspondent was at the scene when the suspect was nabbed on Saturday, while trying to escape after he stole a car battery from a Toyota Camry parked opposite UBA in Ilorin.
