Saliu Mustapha Hails Emir Of Ilorin On 27th Anniversary
Kwara State has witnessed healthy cultural dynamism, religious tolerance, and peaceful
The All Progressives Congress candidate in the Kwara Central Senatorial election, Mallam Saliu Mustapha, has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, on the 27th anniversary of the throne of Shehu Alimi.
Mr Mustapha said 27 years of the Emir reign, has fostered peaceful coexistence in Kwara state.
The Turaki of Ilorin, in a congratulatory message, celebrates the monarch on the 27th anniversary of his ascension to the throne.
“Kwara State has witnessed healthy cultural dynamism, religious tolerance, and peaceful cohabitation under his benevolent reign, visionary leadership of our plural society, retaining its socio-political prominence in national affairs,” he wrote on Friday.
Speaking further, Mustapha noted that “since ascending to the esteemed throne of Shehu Alimi, he has practised and continues to live by the rule of law as an accomplished jurist with an impeccable legal career.”
He however prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the Emir more years on the throne.
