Gov. AbdulRazaq Appoints New Governing Council For KWASU
The appointments are to take immediate effect.
Ilorin, Kwara State– AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has appointed a new Governing Council for the state-owned Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete.
This is contained in a statement on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Rafiu Ajakaye, who said a former Vice Chancellor of University of Ilorin Prof Abdul Ganiyu Ambali is the chairman of the council, which has five others as members.
Other members are Professor Ibrahim Jawondo; Professor Aishetu Abdulkadir; Barrister Teju Oguntoye; Abdullahi Biogera; and Daudu Funmilayo Maryam (host community and the youth constituency).
‘’The appointments are to take immediate effect,’’ Ajakaye added.
