EFCC Arraigns Ilorin Civil Servant For False Information

The Ilorin Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has arraigned a 43-year-old  civil servant, Lambe Binta, in Kwara State.

Binta was arraigned before Justice Muhammed Sani of the Federal High Court sitting in Ilorin for giving false information.

She was arraigned on Monday, September 12, 2022, on a one-count charge bordering on internet fraud and the possession of fraudulent funds.

According to the agency, she allegedly received the sum of N25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Naira Only) from one Faloye Oluwadamilola Victor, who was arrested by the EFCC, for offenses bordering on internet fraud and possession of fraudulent funds.
