Court Grants Abba Kyari N50m Bail
The judge who granted Kyari the conditional bail, added that his sureties must have property worth N25m
Justice James Omotosho of a Federal High Court in Abuja has granted a N50m bail to suspended DCP, Abba Kyari.
Recalled NDLEA had filed the 24-count charge against Kyari and his brothers, Mohammed Baba Kyari and Ali Kyari.
The judge who granted Kyari the conditional bail, added that his sureties must have property worth N25m within the court’s jurisdiction, among other conditions.
