BREAKING: Terrorists Attack Kwara Community In Patigi LGA, Abduct Two

The armed men stormed the community on Friday night at about 11 p.m., shooting sporadically before whisking away their victims.

Ilorin, Kwara State– Terrorists have invaded Manba Village through the Rogun axis in Patigi Local Government Area of Kwara State, abducting two residents in a late-night attack that has heightened fear across the region.

Sources told Afrika Eyes that the armed men stormed the community on Friday night at about 11 p.m., shooting sporadically before whisking away their victims.

“They came around 11 in the night and went straight into the village. Two people were taken, but we are still trying to confirm their identities,” a community source said.

As of the time of filing this report, details of the abducted persons remain unclear, and local vigilantes are said to be combing nearby bushes in search of the victims.

Residents of Patigi LGA have expressed growing concern over the rising cases of kidnapping and bandit attacks, urging security agencies to intensify patrols and protect vulnerable rural communitie

However, both the kwara state government and Nigeria Police  are yet to issue an official statement on the latest incident.
