Bandits Storm Kaduna Community, Kidnap Pregnant Woman, Seven Others
A resident of the area, Mr Abubakar Umar, said they were all inside their houses when the bandits came and started shooting sporadically.
Bandits on Sunday stormed Lema community in Mando opposite Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) and kidnapped a pregnant woman, and seven others in Kaduna State.
A resident of the area, Mr Abubakar Umar, said they were all inside their houses when the bandits came and started shooting sporadically.
According to him: “They (bandits) came around 1:00am we were inside our houses, but we were all afraid to step out because of sporadic gunshots.
“They took away eight residents including a pregnant woman that came to visit her sick mother in the community. This is not the first time bandits would attack our community.”
