Gunmen Kill Police Orderly, Abduct High Court Judge In Akwa Ibom
The judge had just risen from her court and was on her way home when the assailants struck.
Uyo, Akwa Ibom State- Unknown gunmen have reportedly shot dead a police orderly and kidnapped the High Court Judge of Oron Judicial Division, Hon. Justice Joy Unwana, along with her driver in Akwa Ibom State.
It was gathered that the victims were riding along the Uyo-Okobo Road in Okobo local government area of the State when they were attacked by the assailants on Monday, December 21.
The suspected kidnappers fatally shot at the SUV, killing the Police orderly instantly before whisking away Justice Unwana and her driver to an unknown destination.
The judge had just risen from her court and was on her way home when the assailants struck.
Meanwhile, the state police command is yet to comment on the development.
