Supreme Court Fixes October 26 For judgment In Obi, Atiku, Against Tinubu
The judgment date has been confirmed by all parties involved.
Abuja, Nigeria– The Supreme Court is set to deliver its judgment on Thursday, October 26, 2023, in the cases involving the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi; the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar; and the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Bola Tinubu.
Both the PDP presidential candidate and his LP counterpart have filed appeals challenging the decision of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) that affirmed Tinubu’s electoral win.
The judgment date has been confirmed by all parties involved.
